Micro
Filtration Project Completed
Applied
Membranes, Inc. has recently commissioned a micro filtration
system for recycling water in a manufacturing plant.
The 600 gallons per minute micro filtration plant uses
spiral wound 8” diameter micro filtration elements and
recycles water for process uses.
The plant has been in operation for over six months.

Applied
Membranes offers membrane cleaning cartridges to clean membranes
in smaller commercial reverse osmosis systems.
These can be used to clean up to four 4” diameter
membranes in a system.
The cartridges are installed in the prefilter housing of
the reverse osmosis system.
This allows cleaning of membranes without the need for a
separate cleaning system
