CodeLine membrane housings are built to maximize the performance of your water purification systems. For over 3 decades, CodeLine pressure vessels have been used in critical & demanding applications like Desalination, Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration & Ultrafiltration.
CodeLine vessels supplied by Applied Membranes, Inc. will be standard fitted for FilmTec/AMI Brand membrane styles and furnished with the appropriate interfacing hardware. If a different membrane interface is required, please specify the membrane make and model when ordering.

- Head seal area is formed by Mandrel surface, hence more accurate.
- Head seal is captured, hence doesn't roll during head assembling.
- Single piece head assembly cuts down on number of spares (available as Non-coded option for all pressure ratings)
CodeLine 4" Diameter Side Port Fiberglass Membrane Housings are available in sizes from 1 element to 6 elements long, and in pressure ratings of 300psi, 450psi and 600 psi.

The Model 40S30 Fiberglass RO/UF Pressure Vessel is designed for continuous, long-term use as a housing for reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration elements in typical industrial water treatment systems at pressures up to 300psi. 40S30 vessels supplied by Applied Membranes, Inc. will be standard fitted for FilmTec/AMI Brand membrane styles and furnished with the appropriate interfacing hardware. If a different membrane interface is required, please specify the membrane make and model when ordering.
