MATRIKX DPF KX Filters are designed for use in high-turbidity source water.
Constructed of an outer prefiltration medium wrapped around a genuine MATRIKX
extruded carbon core, each KX DPF filter provides both high dirt-holding
capacity and the powerful adsorptive capacity of extruded activated carbon.
Putting Dirt in Its Place
Each KX DPF filter is fitted
with 14 layers of polypropylene outer prefiltration medium designed to hold up
to 35 grams of AC fine test dust. This barrier serves to produce a carbon
and sediment filter with both extensive dirt and adsorptive capacity. This
is an ideal filter for the first stage of an RO system.
Select from Two Formulations
DPF MATRIKX KX Filters come in two formulations, each designed to
address a particular water treatment concern. Both KX Dual Purpose filters
measure 2.5" OD x 9.75"L and are designed to fit in standard 10" filter
housings. |
