Job Description Summary:
Provides all necessary communication of technical information to customers
regarding water treatment products and services via telephone and e-mail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and follow up on all customer inquiries via telephone and
e-mail
- Perform product quality control inspection of certain sales orders prior
to shipment.
- Providing Water Treatment systems quotations to customers upon request
- Sourcing new product information as required
- Price negotiation with customers. This generally requires supervisory
approval.
- Processing Return Goods Authorizations for customers needing to return
merchandise for various reasons.
- Maintaining general customer relations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be reliable, self motivated, task oriented,
able to perform in a fast pace team environment and will meet the below minimum
requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years sales/customer service experience
with a technical product line and a proven track record of exceptional
customer satisfaction. Experience in water treatment with a technical
background preferred.
- Skills: Must have excellent phone, writing and computer skills.
Computer network familiarity and Macola software experience desirable. Good
math and communication skills required. Ability to work with customers on
proposals and technical issues is required.

Job Description Summary:
Experience in water treatment, engineering background and
execution of water treatment projects from order to start-up is required.

Job Description Summary:
Responsible for producing Engineering drawings for water treatment equipment
production and new product specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Uses AutoCad to design and document all design drawings and
specifications.
2. Works closely with Sales and Manufacturing to provide Engineering support.
3. Make drawing copies available to personnel on as needed basis.
4. Design water purification systems from customer specification through layout,
bills of material and final assembly and inspection.
5. Works on design improvements to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be reliable, self motivated, task oriented,
able to perform in a fast pace team environment and will meet the below minimum
requirements:
- Experience: 3 years experience with drawing system layouts
using AUTOCAD a must. Must have electrical/mechanical background with
experience in instrumentation, PLC and pumps.
Experience in water treatment including Reverse Osmosis, piping,
instrumentation and plant layouts is a definite plus. Computer network
familiarity and Macola software experience desirable.
- Education: High school diploma minimum with training in CAD
& Solid Works.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, computer skills, and
math skills are required.

Job Description Summary, Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- All electrical design for the Systems department, including circuit
design of electrical panels for motor controls, process instrumentation and
controls; PLC, Autocad drawings ; Bill of Materials for electrical parts;
and operating manuals
- Supervision of any electrical work done by others in the department
- Tests all electrical control systems on Systems for proper operation
- Meets customer deadlines in conjunction with the mechanical assembly of
systems
- Assists customers on the phone, e-mail or by field visits for system
start-up
- Documents all design and operating sequences in the Design Manual for
future reference and system standardization
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be reliable, self
motivated, task oriented, able to perform in a fast pace team environment and
will meet the below minimum requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas
outlined above. Experience in control system design, PLC programming,
VFD, data acquisition, with industrial or municipal projects is required.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Skills: Computer Skills & CAD Skills, In-depth knowledge of
electrical codes such UL, CSA etc. is required.

Job Description Summary:
This position will assemble pumps, filters and other equipment on metal frames
with bolts and nuts. The equipment will need to be positioned and aligned to
allow proper piping. Various components are then connected by PVC piping or SS
pipe. Pipe supports are installed to secure piping. Various valves and controls
may have to be connected by threaded connections, clamps or couplings.
The candidate must be able to carry out these tasks with accuracy and expertise.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly of
industrial equipment
- Must have experience in PVC and metal piping
- Must be able to communicate in English
