CodeLine 40E Series Membrane Housing is designed for continuous, long-term use for Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-Filtration applications in typical industrial and commercial water treatment systems at pressures of 300, 600, and 1,000 PSI.

Codeline 40E Vessel Ordering Notes:
- Please specify the element model and manufacturer when ordering to ensure the correct interface hardware is included.
- 40E30N Series is available in blue or white exterior finish. To order in blue, use part # ending in “BLUE” instead of “WHITE”. Example: 40E30N-1BLUE
- 40E CodeLine pressure vessels are sold complete with shell and end closure hardware (detailed in drawings).
- 40E60 & 40E100 also include mounting saddles and straps ( 2 straps and saddles included for length code 1-3; 3 straps and saddles included for length codes 4-6. Additional straps and saddles may be purchased separately if required.)
- 40E30N does not include mounting hardware, which is sold separately.

- Quick lock head retention system for quick access to membranes.
- Exteriors coated with high gloss polyurethane paint for UV resistance.
- Compact design for use in compact & low energy desalinators.
- All components of the shell & head are constructed from materials that are FDA / NSF listed.
- CE marking comes as a standard feature.
- Shell Construction: Filament wound epoxy/glass composite. Head locking grooves integrally wound in place. Shell exterior coated with white (or blue) high gloss polyurethane paint.
