The 40S Series Membrane Housing is designed for continuous, long-term use for Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-Filtration applications in typical industrial and commercial water treatment systems at pressures of 300, 450, and 600 PSI.

Please specify the element model and manufacturer when ordering to ensure the correct interface hardware is included.
40S CodeLine pressure vessels are sold complete with shell, end closure hardware and mounting hardware as detailed in drawings. (Two straps and saddles included for length code 1-3; Three straps and saddles included for length codes 4-6. Additional straps and saddles may be purchased separately if required.)

Exteriors coated with high gloss polyurethane paint for UV resistance.
Compact design for use in compact & low energy desalinators.
All components of the shell & head are constructed from materials that are FDA / NSF listed.
CE marking comes as a standard feature.
Shell Construction: Filament wound epoxy/glass composite. Head locking grooves integrally wound in place. Shell exterior coated with white (or blue) high gloss polyurethane paint.
