AMI Provides Advanced Water Reuse Solution for Paper Mill

AMI provided an advanced water reuse and boiler feed water treatment solution to a major pulp and paper mill in North America. This project marks a significant step in sustainable industrial water management for the mill.

Ultrafiltration System for Industrial Water Reuse

The new 1.5 MGD (5,700 m³/d) UF-RO plant is engineered to treat and reuse process water, and provide high quality boiler feed water. AMI solution aims to reduce the mill’s freshwater demand and wastewater discharge.

AMI solution includes ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, disc filtration, clean-in-place systems, and other pre-treatment equipment, skid-mounted with PLC and remote monitoring. The project was delivered within just a few months, meeting tight timelines without compromising quality.
