The 80E Series Membrane Housing is designed for continuous, long-term use for Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-Filtration applications in typical industrial and commercial water treatment systems.

CodeLine Vessel Ordering Notes: 

  • Please specify the element model and manufacturer when ordering to ensure the correct interface hardware is included.  
  • 8” CodeLine pressure vessels are sold complete with shell,  end closure hardware, and mounting straps and saddles as detailed in drawings. ( 2 straps and saddles included  for length code 1-3;   3 straps and saddles included for length codes 4-8.  Additional straps and saddles may be purchased separately if required.)

  • Mirror ID finish up to 4 Ra, plus a precision bore delivers better membrane sealing and ease of membrane loading and unloading.
  • The Unique quick locking system lets you access membranes in seconds.
  • Multiporting option allows vessels to be linked together cutting down investment on expensive manifolds.
  • High operation temperature up to 120°F comes as a standard feature

  • Mirror finish I.D for easy & quick loading & unloading of membranes.
  • Quick lock head retention system for quick access to membranes.
  • Exteriors coated with high gloss polyurethane paint for UV resistance.
  • Compact design for use in compact & low energy desalinators.
  • All components of the shell & head are constructed from materials that are FDA / NSF listed.
  • CE marking comes as a standard feature.
  • Shell Construction: Filament wound epoxy/glass composite.  Head locking grooves integrally wound in place.  Shell exterior coated with white (or blue) high gloss polyurethane paint.
  • ASME Compliant (ASME Code Stamping available for an extra charge upon request.)
