This AMI system truly is the heart of the purification process at our bottling plant and makes some of the purest, sweetest-tasting water on earth! 

The ultrapure AMI system for our lab is installed in the final place and working well. Results are good and the TOC we get is between 35 to 60 ppb! 

Our new AMI plant was commissioned, and all systems are operating within design parameters. The plant is currently operating at 500 GPM, 900 psi, and recovery at 40%. The SWRO permeate is under 150 ppm TDS which is superior product water. I wanted to thank you for the excellent technical support we received during the installation/ commissioning process. We have been running a double pass RO system that is designed and built by Applied Membranes. We have run this system for over 10 years now, it has processed over 64 million gallons of water to date. This system has been unbelievably dependable and virtually trouble free other than normal maintenance. The membranes, if properly maintained, continue to produce very high-quality water for years. This system runs an average of 12 hours a day 365 days a year. I am extremely pleased with the system and the support from Applied Membranes. 

We have nothing but good things to say about Applied Membranes customer service, their engineering department, and the quality of the treatment systems we have purchased over the years. They have been responsive to our requests for help in putting together systems to handle some very challenging well water in our area.

The production capacity and technology of AMI systems are very different, an upgrade. One Applied Membranes container replaced 4 of our old containers! So, we get more output from 1 AMI container than 4 of the old containers combined. We are also saving space with less containers. Applied Membranes systems are smart. We can manage them from a computer in our office. We are happy with AMI systems.

The Applied Membranes systems will help the mining community and provide the water quality they need while working at the mine. People were amazed and happy they could drink the water. The systems also provide water people use for showers, cooking, shower, bathroom, drinking –everything. The quality of Applied Membranes systems is very different than what anyone there has seen. 

This project went well – the clients are very satisfied with the systems. They said these Applied Membranes systems are more automatic, easy to work with, and more compact. Water tests from the Applied Membranes systems show they produce better quality of water, even better quality than when using new membranes with the old (previous) system.
