- Product pages, images, videos, brochures, manuals, technical drawings, CAD files, schematics, software/firmware, and marketing materials

- We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from users, distributors, resellers, and the public.
2. Our commitment to copyright compliance

3. What you can use and how
- Materials on AMI properties (e.g., product photos, specifications, datasheets, manuals, videos, CAD assets) are protected by copyright and may also include trademarks and other proprietary rights.
- Except where AMI expressly permits otherwise (for example, distributor toolkits, brand guidelines, or downloads that state allowed uses), you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works without written permission.
- Limited use of AMI materials may be allowed for lawful fair use purposes; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.
4. How to send a DMCA copyright infringement notice
If you believe content on an AMI site or service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Work identified: A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Location of the material: Exact URLs, file names, page titles, screenshots, and timestamps sufficient to locate the material.
- Your contact information: Full name, organization (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- Accuracy and authority statement: A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.
Tips to expedite review:
- Identify each URL precisely (not just a home page).
- For videos, specify timecodes.
- For downloadable files, include exact file names and paths.
- If the same material appears in multiple locations, list each one.
5. How to send a counter notification
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable U.S. Federal District Court, and acceptance of service of process.
Important:
- Content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.
- False notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
6. What happens after AMI receives a notice or counter notice
- Initial review: We verify compliance with DMCA requirements.
- Takedown: Compliant notices result in removal or disablement.
- Counter notice: Valid counter notices are forwarded to the complainant.
- Repeat infringers: Accounts may be suspended or terminated.
7. Non-copyright issues
