Low Energy Reverse Osmosis RO Systems
Series XL - 2,000 - 10,000 GPD @ 100-140 PSI

Designed to produce low dissolved solids water from tap or well water at lower pressures, these Reverse Osmosis systems use extra low energy reverse osmosis membranes. The product water is used in applications such as spot free rinse, water stores, whole house, labs, ice makers, humidification, misting and a wide variety of other applications for water purification.

Series XL Reverse Osmosis Systems use 4” Diameter, 40” long XLE membrane elements. Pressure vessels containing membrane elements are mounted in a vertical position. For ease of operation and maintenance, the Series XL is designed to accommodate panel mounted controls and instrumentation.

NOTES
  • All dimensions and weights are approximate.

  • Systems rated at 77°F (25°C) using 500 TDS solution and 140 psi (9.8 kg/cm²) pressure. System capacity changes significantly with water temperature. For higher TDS a water analysis must be supplied and could result in modifications to the system.

  • Chlorine must be removed prior to RO system if present in the feed water.

  • Water must be pretreated using a softener or antiscalant to avoid scaling the membranes.
