KDF Filters
Our KDF Filters contain a blend of KDF and GAC to give
extremely effective and long life dechlorination capacity. These cartridges are
constructed totally of FDA grade materials and media, and can be used anywhere
regular GAC's are used. In addition to chlorine removal, KDF filters may be used
for the removal of lead and heavy metals. The capacity will be approximately 20%
of those listed for chlorine.
- Media:
Combines KDF with high activity de-dusted granular activated carbon.
- Pre-Filter:
100 micron reticulated poly foam (Cartridge filter only)
- Post Filter:
20 micron spun-bonded polypropylene (Cartridge filter only)
- pH Range:
6.5-8.5
