AMI manufactures and carries a wide variety of specialty filters. These filters contain medias which are specially designed to remove specific contaminants from the water.

Softening Filters, Calcite Filters, KDF Filters, DI Filters and More

Softening Filter Cartridges	NEW! Water Softener Filter Cartridges for removal of minerals through an ion exchange process. Used to prevent hard water scaling and staining, and to prolong the life of RO membranes if used for pretreatment to an RO System.
Calcite Filters	Used to raise the pH of RO Permeate to make in non-aggressive and compatible with copper piping.
Deionization Filters	Highly purified ion exchange resins deliver high purity water with a minimum TOC background.
KDF Filters	KDF and GAC blend filters give effective and long life dechlorination capacity. May also be used for removal of lead and heavy metals.
Nitrate Removal	Removes virtually all nitrates, nitrites and sulfites from ROM product water. Brine re-generable.
GAC/Polyphosphate	For removal of chlorine, taste and odor, and to prevent scaling and corrosion.
Scale Inhibitor	Scale Inhibitor filter cartridges for 10" Standard Housings
Scalestick	ScaleStick Inhibitors for 10" Standard Housings
Silver Impregnated Carbon	To remove taste, odor and chlorine and to inhibit bacteria growth. (Item is not available for purchase within USA.)
Empty Cartridges	Empty refillable filter cartridges in 10" - 20" standard and big blue sizes.
